Hi friends...I am on a stamping spree....inking up unused stamps and trying out new techniques!

Partial Stamping

        I used an Itsy Bitsy Balloon and Hats stamp  and since I didnt want the party hats part of the stamp on my card I used the embossing dabber to dab only the balloon part of the stamp. I made it very similar to my Partial Floral Stamped card.

     I drew the strings of the balloons using an embossing pen and  used Ranger's fine gold embossing powder  and heat embossed .Water colored the images using a mixture of Distress Inks and Faber Castell water color pencils.

        I think the card looks appropriate for  a little boy !
